Firstly, LOL at Bannerman Road and Chiswick. I am far too easily amused.

Anyway, gah so much to say, as there is a lot of fic to say things about. I really, really loved this. Ron is such an amazing character, and there's far too little fic that really explores him as a person. I think you touched on a lot of Ron's nuances in this fic in very natural ways, especially in the bits with Slughorn and Neville. The bit with George almost made mer tear up, and the one with Rose-the-kid was just lovely. I like that you had Molly be happy for Ron instead of her being angry, because while I can see her being angry, I think this is also IC and I see so few fics portray her that way. Ron and Hermione were just adorable in their little snippet. I randomly love you for noting her frizzy hair. >> Ron not telling Harry he's going to join the auror department was really clever on your part, and I can so see him doing that. Poor Harry might never fully get over his hero complex. ;) The fact that even twenty years later, they have to deal with Neo-Death Eaters, strikes me as extremely realistic, so I'm glad you put it in. I feel like people seem to think that magically, all of the problems in the Wizarding world will disappear post-series- house animosity, DE's, etc. That's really silly imho, so I'm glad you addressed that the auror department is (unfortunately for them) still quite busy.

Your characterization of everyone was really spot on, and I love that you brought in characters like Slughorn and Neville that you'd rarely see in a fic like this. Oh and Ron+Neville! I've never really seen that friendship written before, so you pwn for doing it.

Anyway, thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou. I am sorry this reply is so incoherent and jumbled. This is just LOVE.
