Every time you post one of these chapters, I've read it over several times, and this one is no exception. Again, the sense of closeness and affection between the two of them is just so wonderful to read. Just all the little touches and affectionate gestures between them . . . aaaah, it makes me melt, seriously. The thing about the thermos was such an awesome little touch. Australia is hilarious, and it's great to be reminded of him here, too. And the thing about the daylight, and the symbol on the door, was awesome. I really liked how America noticed the symbol, and England the hole for the light . . . it shows a really different sort of focus and thought process for them, England more abstract and contemplative and America more practical and concrete, or something like that. And I love how used to doing this they seem, too. It's just . . . their manner about the whole business. It's so . . . not relaxed, but like they've done this before. I love it.

And then England derailing America's thinking--♥♥♥♥ I love it. Seriously. EEEEEEEEEEE. And America being the one to figure it out! MORE ♥♥♥ <33333333.

The whole thing with the trap . . . well, I'll admit that I'm a sucker for one of a pair rescuing another from harm and bandaging them up, so EEEEEEEEEEEE. And aaaaah, America, and I'm so glad he was okay, and seriously, I cannot overstate to you how much I loved the eyebrow hero bit. And eeeeeeeeeeee.

The ending was terrifying! And you got me on tenterhooks for the next part. You continue to do an absolutely amazing job. Thank you, so much, for this. <3333333333
